please help i have a kernel panic in MacBook Pro i thought before that was a old version of my computer i was using El Capitan and now i have upgraded to macOS sierra but i still have the same problem

I had the same problem. After upgrading to Sierra my MAC mid-2012 had these GPU panic issues. I downgraded to El Capitan (losing a lot of time) and it did not solve the problem, finally I had to replace the NVIDIA GeForce 650M GPU. Now it works well. There are some people having this problem when upgrading to Sierra. Conclusion, I will keep El Capitan for the moment and upgrade to Sierra once the issue is fixed.
